VH Improved Support Suit Providing Even Better Service, Because We Listen.

VH will be rolling out an improved support system for customers to log Support Tickets and resolve support related incidents with a lightning fast turnaround time, from setting up email accounts to custom configuring your server there are articles that cover a vast range of topics and if you don’t find what your looking for simply advise staff and if appropriate our support team can create an article to fill the gap.
Support Suite is a hub of knowledge and the support team have customised “Submit A Ticket” forms for logging your support ticket requests http://support.velocityhost.com.au/
One of the key benefits of using the Support Suite for logging tickets is it’s link to our KB (Knowledge Base) of tutorials and articles. After you have filled out the “Message Details” section in the Ticket towards the bottom of the form, our system will scan the words used and present some related material that could immediately resolve your query.
If none of the documents presented assist with your problem then simply submit the form and one of our support engineers will address your support ticket according to our SLA (Service Level Agreement). Turnaround time will be greatly reduced by providing your Server IP Address, User Name and Passwords all through a securely encrypted form on initial submission of the query.
Please note “Support Suite - Submit A Ticket” will be replacing the old system of emailing support@velocityhost.com.au. This change will take place on Monday, 16th August 2010. VH invites all our customers to participate in a 5 minute trial of the software and provide feedback.
